Almost 10 years after their last DB themed set of plushes, Banpresto released a new one based on the first series. I believe this was due to the DVD release of the series in Japan for the first time.

| First mayor change are the sewed eyes instead of those iron-transfer stickers from before. Also, clothes are from different fabric than the rest of the polyester figure. |

| First time for Chaoz as a plush character. His clothes are made of fabric and he even has a removable hat! |
Puar

| Big changes for Puar in his second plush incarnation. Now he's made of polyester, and thus, more detailed. |
Master Roshi

| Roshi comes with a good-quality fabric suite and a removable hat. Very impressive I must say. |
Tags
 |
| Tags have been changed also. Now are bigger and non-square as before. Toei Animation sticker is here instead of inside the sewed tags. |

| Here at the bottom says "There can be some differences between picture and the toys. Please understand" Are japanese that sensible? |
